The highlight of the evening was an eloquent and impactful address by Professor Muzammil Ahsan Sheikh. In his speech, he reminded the audience of the timeless message of Eid: sharing joy, strengthening bonds, and extending a helping hand to those in need.

Quoting from the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him), Professor Sheikh urged participants to rise above self-interest and dedicate their time, resources, and influence for the welfare of fellow human beings. He stressed that compassion, honesty, and service are not only moral virtues but also civic responsibilities, especially for those in positions of knowledge and authority.

The audience responded warmly to his message, and the evening fostered meaningful exchanges among literary minds, civil servants, and community members. The event concluded with prayers for peace, prosperity, and the continued spirit of brotherhood in society. Such gatherings, the organizers noted, are essential to revive the cultural and spiritual ethos of Eid while inspiring collective action for the greater good.
