Season’s Greetings!
In many arid regions, barren land and water scarcity have made farming nearly impossible, leaving communities without stable sources of income and food. Families struggle to survive as traditional livelihoods continue to decline.
Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) has initiated projects to transform desert land into green, productive farms. Through sustainable practices and resource management, these efforts are helping communities grow their own food and generate income.
These green farms are not only improving food security but also restoring hope and self-reliance among local populations. CHCS remains committed to expanding this initiative to benefit more communities.
With sincere gratitude,

Season’s Greetings!
Floods have left countless families in Gizri and nearby areas without shelter, forcing them to live in temporary and unsafe conditions. Homes were destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and entire communities were left struggling to rebuild their lives after the disaster.
In response to this urgent need, Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) has been actively working to provide safe and permanent housing for flood-affected families. Through the construction of durable homes, CHCS is helping families move out of tents and unstable shelters into secure living spaces where they can rebuild their lives with dignity.
These newly constructed homes are not just structures—they represent safety, stability, and hope for a better future. Families now have protection from harsh weather conditions and a place they can truly call their own. This initiative has already transformed the lives of many deserving families, allowing them to regain a sense of normalcy and security.
Despite these efforts, many families are still in need of proper housing. CHCS remains committed to continuing this mission and expanding its reach to ensure that more flood-affected families receive safe shelter and a chance to rebuild their lives.
With sincere gratitude,
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah
Season’s Greetings!
Women in underserved communities often face significant barriers to financial independence, limiting their ability to support their families and improve their quality of life. Lack of access to resources, skills, and opportunities keeps many women trapped in cycles of poverty.
CHCS has launched income generation schemes designed to empower these women by equipping them with the tools, training, and support needed to start small businesses. These initiatives not only provide a source of income but also foster self-reliance, confidence, and dignity.
As a result, many women are now contributing to their households, making independent decisions, and building a more secure future for their families. These positive changes are creating a ripple effect within their communities.
With your continued support, CHCS aims to expand these programs and reach even more women in need, InshaAllah.
With sincere gratitude,
By Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah

Dear Esteemed Donors,
Season’s Greetings!
Many individuals struggle with a lack of stable employment opportunities, making it difficult to earn a consistent income and support their families. This financial instability often leads to long-term hardship and limited chances for growth.
CHCS launched the “Nourish & Empower” food cart initiative to address this issue by providing individuals with fully equipped food carts, enabling them to start their own small businesses. This initiative not only creates immediate earning opportunities but also promotes self-reliance, dignity, and long-term sustainability.
Through this program, beneficiaries are able to generate daily income, support their households, and build a more secure future. CHCS continues to expand this initiative to uplift more individuals and strengthen communities.

Access to healthcare remains a serious challenge in rural and underserved areas of Pakistan, where hospitals, qualified doctors, and basic medical facilities are often limited or completely unavailable. Many families are unable to afford treatment or travel long distances to receive proper care.
CHCS is actively addressing this issue by providing medical relief across the country through free medical camps, health checkups, essential medicines, and ongoing healthcare support. These initiatives are focused on ensuring that vulnerable and low-income communities receive timely and quality medical attention without financial burden.
By reaching remote and neglected areas, CHCS is not only treating illnesses but also raising awareness about health and prevention. These efforts are helping improve overall health conditions and bringing hope and relief to those in need.

Season’s Greetings!
The Customs Health Care Society (CHCS) is deeply committed to addressing the persistent issue of malnutrition in Pakistan’s most impoverished and remote areas. In these regions, many individuals—particularly women and children—are suffering from severe malnutrition due to limited access to nutritious food. This widespread issue not only weakens their immune systems, making them vulnerable to diseases, but also perpetuates the cycle of poor health and poverty. In particular, children’s growth and development are significantly impacted, and women, especially those who are pregnant or nursing, face unique health challenges.
Objective of the Initiative
To combat this issue, CHCS has launched the “Table of Kindness for Hunger-Free Hope” initiative, aimed at providing daily nourishment camps to some of the most underserved communities in Pakistan. These camps focus on delivering freshly cooked, highly nutritious meals to individuals who are suffering from malnutrition, with an emphasis on ensuring the health and well-being of women and children. The goal is to alleviate hunger, promote proper nutrition, and break the cycle of malnutrition in vulnerable populations.
Nourishment Camps and Services
Through these daily nourishment camps, CHCS has been able to provide wholesome meals that address the immediate nutritional needs of those suffering from malnutrition. These meals are prepared with the utmost care and attention to nutritional balance, providing essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins necessary for boosting immunity and health.
The camps focus particularly on women and children, who are most at risk from the consequences of malnutrition. By targeting these groups, CHCS is working to ensure that mothers and their children receive the nourishment they need for healthy growth and development.
Long-Term Impact
While these camps provide immediate relief, the “Table of Kindness for Hunger-Free Hope” initiative also aims to address the long-term issues related to malnutrition. By regularly providing nutritious meals to the affected communities, CHCS hopes to improve the overall health of individuals, reduce vulnerability to diseases, and break the cycle of poverty caused by poor nutrition.
Moreover, this initiative is helping to create awareness around the importance of proper nutrition in preventing illness and promoting well-being. It is a critical step towards creating more resilient and healthier communities in Pakistan.
Call for Continued Support
As CHCS continues to expand the “Table of Kindness for Hunger-Free Hope” initiative, we appeal to generous donors worldwide for continued support. Your contributions are vital to ensuring that we can continue providing essential meals to the most vulnerable individuals. With your help, we can significantly reduce malnutrition, strengthen communities, and build a healthier future for Pakistan’s women and children.
Conclusion
The “Table of Kindness for Hunger-Free Hope” initiative is an integral part of CHCS’s mission to combat malnutrition in Pakistan’s remote and impoverished areas. Through this initiative, we are not only alleviating immediate hunger but also working to build a healthier, more resilient future for the most vulnerable individuals. Your continued support is crucial to the success of this program and to the hope it brings to the communities we serve.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in the fight against hunger and malnutrition.
